Sadness Fills Our Hearts!

DAY 33
Groundhog Day is over, tomorrow we head home. We have had to do two of the hardest things that no person should have to do. Turn down a child and then leave a child. This will be the longest month ever.
Sean has to be the greatest child ever to walk the planet. Once again he is sick. He has a cold, some sort of infection in his eye, teething and has never quite gotten over his ear infection and yet he rarely fuses about any of it. He is just so happy to see us everyday.
Today was just like every other day. We started by taking them (Sean and Lil’ Z) out of their cribs. Then we feed them, Sean won by two spoonfuls. After all of that, the fun began. We played in the room for a while. Molly Jane really misses her Mommy but was doing pretty good with her surrogate Father there. The afternoon wasn’t much different but we were able to take them outside one last time. That was when it started getting real hard. The reality of us leaving him was starting to sink in. With it all said and done Deb did very well. When we put him in his crib for the last time the water works did turn on. Papa even was a little teary eyed.
This is probably going to be the last posting for a while. Our journey back home starts at 6:30 am. When we get news on when we will be flying back to get him we will update the blog and of course when we are actually back her picking him up.
