Sean's turned 8 Months!!

DAY 21
Today was a very eventful day. Deb woke up feeling 95% better, we got to go outside twice, Molly fell asleep in her Mama’s arms, and we celebrated Sean turning 8 months old. Things are going well here in Karaganda. Now if we could only get a court date it would be the perfect day.
We met another couple that is adopting a teenager. They are staying at the same hotel as we are. We are going to have to get together with them and have some drinks. We would imagine that they would be looking for some companionship after being here for 2 weeks.
Sean was wonderful today. You can tell that he is feeling much better. He is moving around so much more, and not one little fussy peep out of him. He ate like a little piggy this afternoon. He has been having trouble eating in the afternoon because of the solidity of the food bothering his gums. So we mixed a little bowl of porridge with the bowl of meat and potatoes and he ate almost both of the bowls. The caregivers couldn’t believe it.
Deb was on a mission today to find a swim suit so that we can go swimming in the pool at the hotel. We were definitely getting worried as most of the bathing suits were two pieces, and if they were a one piece they were really skimpy. And that’s just not happening. Deb did find something that would have to do. She bought a leotard and it covers all the body parts that should be covered. Jay is going to just wear a pair of his shorts because we could not find any that would fit him, unless he wanted to wear a speedo. We can’t wait to dive in.
Happy Labor Day! Enjoy your day off & we wish we could be there to celebrate
